Platform Engineering
2026 Homelab Platform (Talos + Kubernetes + GitOps) — an immutable, GitOps-driven Kubernetes platform on Talos Linux with Cilium, Terraform-managed infrastructure, and a bare-metal GPU worker node.
Local AI Inference Platform (Ollama + LiteLLM on GPU) — a GPU-scheduled Kubernetes workload serving local models behind a unified OpenAI-compatible gateway, with hosted-model fallback planned.
Self-Hosted Kubernetes Platform (k3s + Cilium + ArgoCD) — a bare-metal k3s cluster with Cilium CNI, MetalLB, Traefik ingress, and GitOps deployments via ArgoCD.
Automated Media Pipeline (Docker Compose + Kubernetes Ingress) — a hybrid Docker Compose / Kubernetes media stack with NFS-backed storage and a full request-to-playback automation flow.
